Jenni Moving Back to UTah

It is just the most incredible blessing ever!

I can't describe how wonderful it is to have her so very close by.

I loved her being close before, but this is so much better because she's even closer.  $ years ago, she lived in Hurricane, but now she lives about a mile away.

And, it is wonderful.  It just makes my heart so very happy because we see each other, can do things together, etc.

It is a joy that is hard for me to describe.

And, I am so very grateful.

Joseph Smith

I haven't really thought it about much.

But, today, I listened to a conference talk from 2016 talking about what we owe to the Prophet Joseph.

As I listened to that talk, I was very grateful for what all he did.

I hated being teased or made fun of as a youth.  Not only did Joseph get made fun of as an adolescent, but it continued into his adulthood.

And, yet, he carried on.  He did what the Lord asked of him.  And, he suffered greatly all his short life.

It made me realize how grateful I am for Joseph Smith.

Yes, I am grateful and send honor to him.

SO THANKFUL JENNI IS HOME!

And, that's all that needs to be said about that.

Except that I'm so very grateful to have her near.

What a blessing to have family close by!

The Music of Christmas

It's such joyful music.

And, I'm so grateful for it.

Tonight we went to a concert at the Temple Visitor's Center presented by a men's chorus.  It was so beautiful and I really enjoyed it.

I'm always trying to get Allen to sing in it...no such luck.

BUT, I was grateful to hear it tonight.

Stories From the Mission

I am so grateful for the family history mission.

For one thing, I get to hear people's stories, which I love.

Today I met Jon.  He and his wife love opera, so when they were called on a mission to Vienna, they were thrilled.  The mission itself was not so interesting; they digitized forms, BUT they were able to go often to the opera.  He loved that.  He told me how many operas he went to in 36 months, and I don't remember, but it was a lot.

I asked him where he got his love of opera and classical music, and he told me that his fourth grade teacher played Schubert during the noon hour.  He grew to love that type of music.  In fact, his career path was as a result of his love of music.

Jon taught Humanities at BYU for 32 Years.  He loved his job.  He has 4 sons (6 daughters), and three of his sons are in the Humanities field.  So, that teacher had a profound affect on Jon's life and his family's life.  (Many years later, he found her and told her of the powerful influence sh had had on his life and his children's life.  She said that he was the first student to ever come back to say thank you to her.)

Jon was adopted.  He was an only child and grew up in St George.  The neighbor girl told him when he was eight years old that he had been adopted.  And, he was fine with that.  He loved his parents and they were very good to him

However, on the day he returned from his mission, his oldest daughter - who had been searching for 10 years - told Jon she had found his birth family.

This information has changed Jon's life - even though he has only had this information for seven months.  He has gone to Texas to meet his half brother and half sister.  According to Jon, they are wonderful, good people, and he has been thrilled about what is happening in his life.  He told me he is devoting the rest of his life to doing research and temple work for this new family he has discovered.

He truly feels JOY about his life; he goes to the temple often and does research.

It was a thrill to meet Jon and to help him today.

Not everyone has such great happy stories, but it's fun to hear them all.

And, I am grateful!

Mobility

On Thursdays, I go to the Senior Center and do senior sneakers aerobics and yoga.  They are both fun and challenging.

But, I

CAN DO THEM!

And, I am so grateful that I can!

People Who Cross Your Path

Sometimes people come into our lives and we realize what a great blessing they are:

Sylvia Seegmiller

Judi Butikofer

Linda Ricks

Dorothy Huntington

Loretta Allam

Just to name a few...

a couple of years ago, I was blessed to work with Waunita Livick in Primary.  We taught together for a year or so.  I loved sharing the classroom with her.  She had such wonderful stories about her life.  She was such an inspiration to me.

And, now, she has terminal cancer.  My heart aches for her and for her dear daughter.  I can't quite get over the shock and suddenness of it.

But, I realize what a great blessing it is to have served with and known her.

And, I am grateful.

LIGHT!

I love light.

I love the LIGHT.

December 21 is my favorite day because the days get longer and have more light.

But, mostly, I am grateful for the LIGHT of the Savior.

I feel blessed at this time of year for so many blessings.

At the very top is the LIGHT of the Gospel and the Savior.

I'm grateful for the church's challenge to be of service.

And, I will try to make it happen.

I feel so grateful for so many blessings.

And marvelous.

I'm so grateful for everyone who pitched in to help!

My Daughter Moving Back to St George, Utah

What a thrill to have Jenni back home in Utah.

Not only in Utah, but about 4 minutes away instead of far away in Hurricane.

I will love having her live so close, even if she is too busy to see us often.

Just knowing she is here, is a great blessing.

And, I am so very grateful!

Mobility

It's such a blessing to be able to get around.

And, I am so grateful.

Health!

I say it a lot.

But, I am so thankful for my health.

I have been not feeling well for a couple of months.

Stomach issues.

They are still bothersome.

But, today, I feel a little better.

And, I'm grateful for the health I have.

Also, I just learned that Jerry Asay has cancer.

his wife is a recovering breast cancer survivor.

So, they know what likes ahead.

Breaks my heart.

And, reminds me of how precious a person's health is.

Grateful for min.

The Mission

I wish I had kept a journal recording the people I help at the family search center.

I have had some wonderful people come in for help.

For, me, their stories are compelling, humorous, delightful, inspiring.

And, I am so grateful for this opportunity!

Inspiring Talks

When I exercise, I listen to the conference talks.

I am also reading one a day.

Yesterday was Stake Conference and there were some inspiring talks given then.

I'm grateful for these talks and for being reminded that I just need to continue to have faith and hope.

Oh, how I need to be reminded of that.

And, I'm grateful to have talks available to listen to or read again.

St George

Yesterday, we drove over to the Tonaquint Cemetery and picked our our cemetery lots.

Now, it seems like that might have been a gloomy or dismal event, but it wasn't  We walked around the cemetery and realized what a beautiful and peaceful place it is.

I just love living here.  I love the weather; like right now, it's just so gorgeous.

I love the kind people, our neighbors.  I as very happy to be living here.

I'm grateful we found this lovely, safe place to live out our lives.

Eyesight

There is a new missionary at the Family history Center.

He is such a good goody guy.

He is blind.

I watch him and marvel at how well he gets around.

He wants so badly to be part of what is going on.

Overtime I see him pointing his walking stick, I am grateful over and over again for my eyesight.

Oh, yes.  Thank you Heavenly Father for my eyesight.

FAMILY

She was a widow and wanted to find some information about her family.

So, we built her a tree in family search.

Once we connected her parents and grandparents, the tree just expanded out many generations.

She was so excited and pleased.  She had fun seeing where everyone was from.

But, you see, she has no one to share all that information with.

She has no children.

A brother-in-law living in Colorado, but no one else.

I thought of our large, noisy, rambunctious gang, and I WAS SO GRATEFUL!

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for FAMILIES...

Especially MINE!

The MISSIONARIES at the Family History Center

It's such a blessing to serve with so many good people.

Man, they are so helpful...all the time.

I am overwhelmed with the goodness and thoughtfulness of people.

And, I am so very grateful.

ST. GEORGE!

I love St. George.

Today, driving home from exercising, the sky was so blue and filled with the most beauteous clouds.  All different kinds spread across the bright blue sky.

My heart soared in happiness.

And, i realized - as I often do - how much I

LOVE

living here.

And, I am so grateful.

Have I Ever Mentioned...

MY HEALTH?!?!??!

Allen's health?

I cannot express to my Heavenly Father how grateful I am right now for our health.

We can see, hear, walk, move, taste, touch;

It is something that I am beyond grateful for.

Oh, I do give thanks.

Home and Things

Mother Nature has unleashed her anger and power in the last two weeks:

Fires in the North West;
Hurricanes and Flooding in the South;
Earthquakes in Mexico;

Just horrific destruction all over ....

I almost feel guilty, but here we are safe and snug in our little home in St George, Utah.

And, I am so very grateful.

AMERICA!

We just returned from our month-long home exchange.

It was all great, in spite of some challenges.

HOWEVER, it just reminded me over and over -
how much

I LOVE AMERICA!

It's so good to hear my language spoken again!

It's so good to be able to read signs, road signs, labels on foods, signs on the freeway, etc.

It just feels good to be back in the good old USofA

And, I am beyond grateful!

Thank you, dear Heavenly Father.

Ability to Hear and Talk

At the mission, I helped a lady who is deaf and can't speak.

It was so hard for me.

I don't want to see anyone suffering.  She had also had a fall, so that her leg and arm were wrapped in something.

She wrote that she is still in pain.

Oh, I am so grateful for my life.

Monday, July 24, 2017

Ability to MOVE!

I don't move a lot.

But, I'm grateful that I still can.

Men are meant to move.  HA HA, I guess women are too.

Bit, I'm a sitter, a reader, a crossword puzzle doer, a relaxer...

I just don't move much.

SO, I'm grateful for my ability to move.

So MUCH To Be Thankful For!

Seen at the grocery store;

an older lady crippled with spine issues.  She was bent over practically double.  Oh, I was thankful to be able to stand up straight.

Seen at the mission:

a beautiful new young sister missionary with spina bifida, so she is confined to a wheelchair and has been her entire life.  Oh, I am thankful to be able to walk!

Seen on Facebook:

a dear friend was in a horrible accident and did something to her neck, so she will be out of commission and in great pain for several months.  OH, I am thankful Allen didn't get hurt when his vehicle was swerving like the Needham.

Seen from afar:

stories of sorrow, tragedy, death, loss, heartache.  Oh, I am thankful for my life and situation just now.

Allen's Willingness to Sell Some SUTFF

...like his pickup and his boat and his trailer.

They represent a lot of money tied up in those items that were rarely used.

So, when he said he'd sell them, I was actually quite stunned.

But, he wants to earn money instead of spend it.

So, he will invest in stocks.

We'll see how that goes, but in the meantime, we'll be saving money by taxes and insurance.

And, I am grateful.

My Primary Class

I love those eight little dears.

They are delightful, happy, and so very innocent.

They are all being raised in the Gospel and have such bright futures ahead of them.

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for this opportunity!

Just the Way Life is Right Now!

I'm grateful.

I don't want anything to change.

I like the way things are.

Just stay.

Please.

Because I feel happy and thankful.

My Senses

i Can see.

My Church Service Mission

I am so happy to be on a mission at the LDS Family History Center.

It's just such a happy place to serve.

Although my old feelings of inadequacy and not belonging rise to the surface; it's something I enjoy doing.

And, I am grateful.

Friday, June 23, 2017

Hot Weather

I'm actually not TOTALLY thankful for hot weather.

But, I'm thinking about a book called HIDING PLACE.

In that book, the women were stuck in a room filled with fleas.  Corrie Ten Boom and the women were just complaining something awful, when Betsie Ten Boom reminded them all that because there were fleas, the soldiers didn't come in the room, so they could read their Bible in peace.

I am reminded of that story because one thing that makes me grateful for heat is that there are no mosquitoes!

And, for that, I am very thankful.

AIR CONDITIONING

in cars and home.

Man, it's hot!

And, that makes me very grateful for air conditioning.  Oh, YES!

Another Safe Trip

We just returned from spending  several days in Southern California.

We went to a high school graduation,

An 8th grade promotion,

And, a dance recital.

Plus spent time with Jeremy and family.

It was wonderful.

And, I'm grateful we were able to do it.

And, just  glad and happy to be home.  For about five weeks.  It feels good!

Media in the Church

I'll be teaching the 8 year olds this morning.

They are little dears, but they are:

Squiggly, Wiggly, Raucous, Talkative, Not inclined to sit still, bubbly, happy; and that is all good.

But, it also means it's a challenge to keep their attention.

So, thanks to our wonderful church, there is a lot we can focus on besides just talk.

Music, videos, little games.

This is just a little two minute video that I will use today about alma baptizing.
It's just long enough and short enough to be perfect.

All brought to us by the Church.

And, I am grateful!

Home Sweet Home!

The flowers had died,

the weeds were growing in abundance everywhere,

the air conditioner was broken,

but, none of that really mattered.

It can all be taken care of and fixed.

But, the thing is,

WE ARE HOME!

And, I am grateful.

The Gospel

Yesterday, we went to church in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The whole experience just thrilled me.

Everything is so familiar.

Walking in the chapel, the music, the songs, the testimonies; it's all so like being at home.

And, I am grateful.

Our Family in Virginia

Great times at Jordan's pool.  Also, fake picture because I think only Jordan and Immie actually jumped in.  They had all gotten out, and I wanted a picture, so they posed for this.  Ha Ha.  After the fake shot, Jordan cooked a great chicken dinner on the barbecue.  And, then, We played a game with Lucy, Anna, Immie, Bobby and Kristi.  Fun indeed.

Outside Michey Tavern, where we went to lunch.  Bobby and Kristi have shown us such a great time.  They have been the best host and hostess.

I am grateful for the wonderful time we have had and for our dear children.  They are so good and thoughtful and kind.

I love them.  (But, they live too far away. )

Mother Nature

It's quite beautiful right now in Val-Des-Lacs, Quebec, Canada.

Finally, the hills have turned green,

The Birds are flitting about,

A few Hummingbirds make a brief appearance,

The snow has melted.

And, I'm grateful for this unique spot on earth and its natural beauty.

AMERICA!

I just read a dear friend's missionary blog.

She and her husband are serving their 4th mission; this one to Macedonia/Albania as service missionaries.

Every time I read her blog, I am humbled by living conditions in other places in the world.

I am inspired by her service.

Cynthia and Steve do wheelchair service; these are a set of steps that the new owner of the wheelchair will have to navigate to be able to use the wheelchair.  Oh, I am SO BLESSED!
But, mostly, I am so grateful for our living situation!

Right now, back home in Utah, our air conditioner isn't working properly.  That was sad news and will be expensive to replace.

But, we HAVE air conditioning.  We have a home with real floors and a real roof.  We have a kitchen with stover, running water.  we have indoor toilets that work.  Food to spare.  Money for the things we need.

We are RICH!

And, I am so very grateful.  Thank you, Heavenly Father!

Our Beautiful Daughter, KRISTI D

Kristi joined us on our grand adventure to Canada,

She is the world's best and most accommodating traveler.

She is the perfect navigator.

The perfect planner.

The perfect personality.

We've decided that we can't go on any trips again without her.

And, I'm so thankful she would be willing to come with us.

Sunny Days

For almost two weeks, the weather has been gloomy and rainy.

So, yesterday, to have the sun shining, was just so great.

I love sunshine.

And, I am grateful.

Chye and Ruth Teh just before starting out on our grand adventure.

Safety!

I'm always grateful when we return from a day trip or overnighter to get home...

SAFE and SOUND.

So, today I'm grateful after our little jaunt into Ottawa!

Parliament Building in Ottawa, Canada; it is so magnificent and very ornate.
It was great to learn a little about the government system of Canada.

The Senate Chambers in Parliament.  The Senators are not elected, but chosen.
Would that be a better system?  Hard to say, but definitely interesting.

The bed and breakfast home where we stayed in Ottawa.  It was so lovely and filled with such interesting antiques.  It's amazing how we all have such different tastes.  The owner had THINGS everywhere.  But, it matched her style and personality.  I was grateful to meet her and spend the night here.

Gratitude is what I feel!

TIME!

When I was in St George, I was always in a hurry.

Hurry to get to the gym, hurry to get the errands run, hurry to get ready for this and that.

Now, we are on a home exchange - pretty much out in the wilderness where there is absolutely

NO HURRY for anything.

It's all very relaxing.

And, I like that.

Tuesday, May 2, 2017

Depth Perception

It's something that I totally take for granted, but when walking yesterday, I was so grateful that I could notice the differences in the ground levels.

And, it made me appreciate even more my eyesight.

Oh, yes, I am grateful.

Monday, May 1, 2017

Safe Arrival

Whew, what an adventure we have had.

But, we are here in Val-des-Lacs, Quebec, Canada, and I'm grateful to be here.

I'm sure it's very lovely, but it's cold and rainy, with some snow on the ground, so I'm not seeing it at its best yet.

However, I will say this; it's a very lovely setting even in the chill and rain.

The people, Yves and Diane, could not be nicer or more helpful.

And, I am very grateful for safety and warmth and good people.

Gardner and Stephanie Gee

Stephanie Gee is a rare angel on earth.

She is always so very thoughtful.

Last night, knowing that we are getting ready to leave today, she and her family came over and brought tacos and burritos from Taco Time.

It was just so incredibly thoughtful of her, given that she is such a busy mother of four.

it has been a blessing for us to have them close by.

And, I am grateful.

A Comfortable Bed

I stayed in three different homes last week.

Three different beds.

Every single one was so very  comfortable.

Better than MINE.

But, I'm grateful to have a bed and one that is tolerably comfortable.

I saw some homeless people today, and I realize that having a bed is, to some, a great luxury.

And, I'm so very grateful for mine.

Tuesday, April 25, 2017

My Heritage

I have a rich, marvelous heritage.

It is filled with good, hard-working, honorable people.

Not everyone can claim a noble heritage, so I'm grateful for mine.

Monday, April 24, 2017

My Home

I just love our home.

It is just right for me.

Every time I come home from the store, a trip, anywhere, I walk in and feel so very grateful.

Safe Trip to Boise

My brother, Kaey, and I drove to Boise to be with Gavin after his terrible accident.

It was a good trip, and I'm thankful for our safety.

I'm thankful I could be with Gavin and Libby; they are so inspiring.

Sharing the trip with Kaey was a great blessing as I would not have wanted to go alone.

I am so grateful.

My Life As It Is NOW!

I don't like change.

I like things to be the way they are.

For example, the bank just changed its online interface, and it's taking me awhile to get used to it.

I liked it the way it was....what was wrong with it anyway?

And, right now, things are good.

Family is fine.

Health is good.

Money situation is good.

Dentist said said my teeth are good.

I feel healthy, just tired, but no actual, REAL complaints.

And, I am so very grateful.

Birds Singing in the Morning

What a cheery way to start the day...

To hear birds singing right outside my window.

And, I am grateful!

Monday, April 10, 2017

Mondays!

Unlike working people,

I adore Mondays.

I like to get up and get things done.

So, I'm grateful for Mondays.

Saturday, April 8, 2017

From Eli! Electricity!

Eli is grateful for electricity....

And, so am I!

When I think of all the things that we do with electricity, I am so grateful.

And, now there are even electric CARS!

Jeremy has one.  IT's so amazing.

But, I am forever grateful to live in a time with electricity.

From Miles - ME!

Miles said, that I should be thankful for him!

And, I am.

This is Miles in Sept 08, when he was just two years old.  He just gets cuter, more fun, and he's also very artistic.

I'm grateful that we get to spend time with him.

He's delightful and I am grateful for him.

Thursday, April 6, 2017

From Miles

Miles is thankful for gobstoppers.

While I'm not familiar with those, it does remind me that I am very thankful for candy and in particular, chocolate.

I eat chocolate every day.

And, I like it.

So, I'm like Miles, thankful for candy.

Conference Weekends

Sometimes we have family here, sometimes we don't.

But, whatever, I enjoy relaxing and listening to conference.

It's always inspiring and motivating.

Plus, tonite, I'm going to see Beauty and the Beast with Stephanie and her kids.

What a great day, and I am so very thankful.

Family Search

I've had a great time on my mission this past six months.

I've enjoyed the missionaries, the patrons, the feeling and atmosphere, but I'm particularly grateful for the program called family search as a place to store pictures, memories, etc.

I've uploaded lots of information and I'm so grateful for that as a repository.

Yes, I love the church's thinking and providing a place for these important pictures and materials.

Saturday, March 25, 2017

Our Mission

The Family Search Library closes on March 31, and will reopen in June.

But, we will be gone, so we won't be there to see the changes right at first.

But, oh, how I have loved serving with the Michaelsons.

he has such a dry sense of humor and she is so inspiring.

She lives so close to the spirit.  Every time she give s a talk, I am inspired by her.

They have made the family history center a warm, inviting, close-knit loving family and it has been one of the greatest blessings in my life.

Oh, how grateful am I.

Cell Phones

Sometimes I truly wonder how we survived without them.

They are so hand, convenient, and YES....NECESSARY.

Texting, Picture taking, Google Maps, the Internet, and even making phone calls.

I do love having a cell phone....

From a post on Facebook.  Ha Ha.  How phones have changed, but I was grateful for these when I had them!

I am very grateful for Cell Phones.

Teaching with Emily Mathews

She's just so very inspiring.

I consider it a great blessing to be able to share teaching duties with her; she's spiritual, she's fun, she's honest, she's GOOD.

Yesterday, she shared with the class of 7 year olds that she has always had a desire to have the constant companionship of the Holy Ghost.  That struck a chord with me.  And, I want to be more like that.

I am grateful.

The Opportunity to Clean the Church Today

I really love and admire the people in our ward.

On so many occasions, they are just superstars.

Like today.

We showed up at 8 to clean the chapel.

Shortly after we arrived, there was Nicole Hansen with her son, Beckham, and her SIX WEEK old, MABEL.  Now, who comes to clean the church with a 6 week old?  Just impressed and inspired me so much, because I KNOW that I would have used it for an excuse to NOT go.

Then shortly after nine, here came Doris Hancock, about 83.  Now, truly, when I'm 83, I'll just say, I"M TOO OLD, but there she was brining her own vacuum to vacuum about 1/2 the church.

Bobbie Jo was there and Linda Lyle had to come help, because so many people didn't show up, but here's the thing:

THE ONES WHO DID WERE JUST HARD WORKERS AND GOT THE JOB DONE!

I was so inspired by these good, good people.

And, I'm grateful to be a part of this neighborhood!

Thursday, March 16, 2017

Technology

Man, it's so great to be able to text, phone, email, take pix with a camera, etc.

And, I am grateful for technology.

Monday, March 13, 2017

From Miles - Wendy's

"When you are super hungry, and you just go and get a baconator, and just bite into it!

That just really hits the spot."

Well, I guess that I'm thankful too.

Good Teeth

They may not be the whitest,

They may not be the straightest,

BUT, they have been such good teeth, generally speaking.

I work with a sister missionary who has had all kinds of teeth problems, including having to have them mostly removed from her mouth.  Her jaw and gums are so sore; she can't eat, it hurts all the time, etc.

I've had a few cavities, but, I still have my own teeth.  Plus, I don't know why, but I have never had wisdom teeth.  Ha, no wonder, I'm not very smart.

And, I am so very grateful for the teeth I have.

Smart People

Yesterday we went to a lecture about the

HEART.

It was so fascinating.

And, Helpful.

And informative.

I was motivated and inspired.

And, so grateful for smart, highly-educated people.

Ease of Food Preparation

For breakfast this morning I had:

a mandarin orange,

a half banana,

A bowl of granola with blueberries, pecans, milk, and banana.

The only thing I did was to peel the banana and orange.

Didn't have to shell the nuts,

Didin't have to milk the cow,

Didn't harvest the banana or orange.

Didn't mix up and cook the granola.

I simply poured the milk over the cereal and enjoyed.

And, I am ever so very grateful!

Friends in the Neighborhood

Today, we will eat our once-a-month lunch with:

Donna and Stan Conder,

Mile and Loretta Allam.

The Sound of Allen's Laughter!

Last night, Allen was watching some old youtube videos of Johnny Carson.

I was reading next to him, so he had his headset on and I couldn't hear the program.

But, what I did hear was the delightful sound of his laughter.

I have always loved that sound.

And, I am grateful.

Home Sweet Home!

We have been visiting the

St George parade of Homes.

The homes are lovely, beautiful, immaculate, wonderfully designed and furnished.

The views are stunning from the windows.

The pools, the fireplaces, the lights, the decor, the designs, the uniqueness leave one speechless and in awe.

Kitchen view from one of the ST George Parade Homes.  It's lovely, but I'm happy with our home!

But, every time, I am happy to come home to our lovely home.

And to know, that we are completely out of debt.  And, we love our home; it's just perfect for us!

2598 S 2350 E.  Summer 2013....lovely home indeed!

Oh, I am so very grateful.

Ah, just so lovely; the two token daffodils that appear every early spring.
They make my heart happy and sing.

I am grateful for God's incredible creations; He just thought of such a great wide variety...it's mind boggling.

And, I am grateful!

A Dear Friend

Valentine's Day.

I went to open the door.

Attached to the door was a note and a beautiful pink notebook labeled MY GRATITUDE JOURNAL.

Oh, what a thoughtful friend is that Loretta Allam.

Additionally, she had attached some statements about how thankful people are healthier, quicker to recover from injuries, etc.

Now, that is a dear friend.

And, I am grateful for Loretta Allam.

America

Today the 45th president of the United States of America was inaugurated.

HEALTH

I say it over and over again.

But, maybe that's because I see so many people on our mission who have poor health.

And, it just reinforces for me what a great blessing it is to be mobile, to see, to hear, to think, to taste, to be able to drive, to just be alive and healthy.

And, I am grateful.
