Plie squats,
Total arm rotations,
Knee bends,
Long stretches overhead,
Raise up on toes,
Finger, toe movements,
Side stretches,

So, far, I can do it all; not well, but I can do it.
And, yesterday, as my body moved, I was so very grateful for that blessing.
