From Eli - Sleeping In

It's so great to be able to just sleep in.

I don't do it often.

Eli likes to do it.

But, when Ido it, I'm grateful too.

IT's RAINING!

And,

I am grateful.

Rain in this desert is such a good thing.

Thank you, Heavenly Father for the much-needed moisture!

SPRING!

I looked out the window and what did I see?

Green buds forming on the big front tree.

There's a bid in the top of the tree.

I hear their songs in the mornings.

I just planted some flowers.

Okay, it's just a lovely time of the year.

And, I am grateful.

Back surgery,

Parkinsons

Knee surgery,

Breast Cancer,

Alzheimers,

Were just a few of the ailments mentioned at a party last night.

NOT FUN TO HEAR!

So, once again, as always,

I'm so grateful for our health!

It's a great repository for pictures, stories, certificates.

I have stacks of papers and pictures with no place to put them...

Until now.

I put them on family search.

Additionally, it's a great resource to find my relatives and to learn about them.

It's improved 150% since the days of our two missions.

I love it, and I am grateful.

Moments of Fun with Friends

We went to lunch yesterday with friends we have not seen for a few years...

It was fun to see them and just share stories.

Friends are such a treasure.

And, I am grateful.

Moisture in the Desert

A desert needs rain.

But, lately it has been so dry.

So, when it snowed yesterday, that was a wonderful gift.

And, I am very grateful for the moisture....
