MONEY!

Yesterday we visited with a financial advisor; it was intriguing.

But, in the end, we didn't do anything any differently than what we have going for us.

However, it reminded me - once again - how grateful I am to have had a job and to have had an income which now pays us retirement.  WHAT A GREAT BLESSING!

Teaching Contract from 2000; it's not a lot of money, but I'm grateful I had it!
And that it continues to pay me a little each month.

Indeed.

Oh, I am so eternally grateful.

Flowers

Oh my goodness;

right outside my window are some teeny little flowers.  I don't know how they got there; I did plant some flowers there last fall, but it doesn't really matter;

they are so lovely and a promise of things to come...

And, I am grateful.

The Sounds of the Birds

It's getting warmer here.

And, there are the lovely sounds of the birds.

And, I am so very grateful.

Music

Man, I LOVE music!

My choice of music, it's true.

But, over and over again,

MUSIC thrills me.

And, I am grateful.

The Book of Mormon

Holy cow!

It is just so profound and inspiring.

I'm listening to it as I exercise and I am just struck by the power of the words.

They remind me what a wonderful Father in Heaven we have.

How great the written word is.

And, how I need to be and be better; endure to the end.

But, oh, how grateful I am for the scriptures in my life!

It's Monday

I'm thankful for Mondays.

Busy week this week,

very busy day today.

And, I'm just grateful to have things to do, places to go, people to share life with.

So, I'm grateful it's Monday and the start of a new week!

Allen wakes up, looks over the router and realized it was accidentally turned off.

So, he turned it on, fixing it temporarily....

Once again, it works sporadically...

And, I am grateful.
