It's fun to look back and see what I am grateful for.

And, I am very grateful for my thankful journal.

My Brothers

I don't know how I got so lucky, blessed, fortunate, whatever.

But, I am so grateful for my three brothers:

Merrill,

Gavin,

Preston.

They are outstanding role models in every way, and I am beyond grateful.

Eyesight

What a great blessing to be able to see.

Oh, yes, I am grateful.

Heated Seats

I first heard about a car having heated seats when I was just out of high school.

It seemed like an impossible luxury to me.

My parents never had heated seats.

I wish they had been able to have them.

Heated seats are the BEST in cold weather.

And, I am grateful.

Clean Windows

Oh, yes, they get dirty so fast...

But, when they are clean,

I love them.

And, I'm grateful.

RAIN!

It doesn't happen a lot in this little corner of the world;

but when it does, I'm glad.

The desert always needs moisture.

SO, I am grateful.

Having Janessa Live With Us...

It's a great blessing for us to have her here...

She scared some little kids last night; one little kid turned and ran away when she answered the door. It was fun!  Hey, even like this, she looks beautiful!

Okay, I said, help me organize the silverware drawer....boy, did she ever whip that into shape!

Allen HATES getting hair cuts (time and money).  I HATE giving him haircuts (I'm bad at it.)
So, here's Janessa on a Saturday morning...oh, yeah, she did it right!

It's easy to see why we are so grateful.
